Let’s start the ball rolling.

I recently joined a site which was free to join and involved advertising products on your site and getting paid for sales from the ads.
Once I had joined and surfed around the various advertisers on offer I found that, in order to use the affiliate page it was necessary to have it hosted by a particular web hosting company and guess what? Yes, you got it, I would have to pay for the hosting of it.
Technically the claim of FREE membership was correct but I would have to then pay to use it.
